Supervise and mentor advanced practice providers including PAs and NPs

Perform trigger point and peripheral joint injections in-office
W2 employment with full benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)
Board-certified in PM&R required; board-eligible or board-certified in pain medicine preferred
