Exciting new Part-Time opportunity for an experienced Primary Care Family Nurse Practitioner to join a new practice in Peoria, IL. The successful candidate will be providing chronic and acute care to inpatient behavioral health patients. Providers with strong chronic disease management including diabetes and cardiac care along with behavioral health experience will find this a rewarding opportunity. Full time opportunity.
