My client, a large healthcare organization in Central California is seeking a Permanent Onsite Director of Quality & Patient Safety to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Nursing or a relevant clinical discipline with evidence of additional training in Quality and Patient Safety. Management experience within a large acute care hospital is also required for this role. A master's degree is highly preferred along with a CPHQ Certification. The position is located in a wonderful area that is in close proximity to large metros and a great place to raise a family. The chosen candidate will be rewarded with a generous base salary, relocation assistance, annual bonus potential, and benefits package.
