🔹 Director of Community Pharmacy – Leadership Opportunity in Rural Healthcare 🔹

A respected healthcare organization in west-central Illinois is seeking a Director of Community Pharmacy to lead a small, collaborative outpatient pharmacy team.

This is a great fit for someone with 2+ years of retail pharmacy experience who’s ready to step into a Pharmacist-in-Charge role with operational and strategic oversight. You’ll work closely with providers, report directly to the CFO, and have a meaningful impact in a tight-knit, patient-centered environment.
