Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for Surgical Services? We're seeking a Director of Surgical Services for a top-ranked hospital in Northern Colorado. Lead a team of 90+ FTEs with 4 ORs, expanding to 8 ORs by 2027. Position Highlights: • Oversee Surgical Services, including Central Sterile, Same Day Surgery, and PACU • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive efficiency and innovation • Manage a respected team with low turnover and high standards of care • Exciting growth opportunities with OR expansion • Generous compensation package Requirements: • Education: BSN required, MSN preferred. Graduate from an accredited nursing program. • Certification: BCLS required, ACLS preferred. • Experience: 10 years of leadership experience within preoperative nursing • Span of Control: Experience overseeing minimum of 8 OR suites and 50 FTEs • Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities. This is a full-time, permanent, on-site role offering a very generous compensation package including relocation assistance.
